About the event
Join us for a Easter Holiday Clay Creation workshop, where you will make your very own Chicken Dish. These super cute Chuckling Chickens require just the smallest dose of imagination to make them amazing creatures. Once you have made your Chicken dish from earthenware clay we will take a refreshments break whilst they are drying a little towards leather hard status. After this we will paint them with our specialist wonderglazes.
The Chicken will be slow dried in our control environment and then biscuit fired, once cooled they will be dipped glazed and then fired for a second time to 1000°c to add that glossy finish that can only be achieved by Kiln Firing.
The cost of this workshop is £15, including your Earthenware Clay, full tuition, painting, double firing and glazing, also refreshments.
